You may require a referral as part of a Allied Health Services treatment cycle. These sessions are bulk billed with no gap fee.

MEDICARE REBATE OF $58.30

NO BULK-BILLING

EPC Referrals Required

If you have a chronic or complex condition that requires physiotherapy treatment then you may be eligible for Medicare benefits. Patients with a Medicare referral (EPC) as part of a Chronic Disease Management plan can receive up to 5 treatment sessions per calendar year.

You will be required to pay in full for the service but will receive a rebate of $58.30. The out-of-pocket cost depends on your service type. Please see the table below for pricing.

Worker's Compensation

If you have sustained an injury at work you are entitled to a worker's compensation claim.

Physiotherapy treatment expenses related to this injury are paid for by your employer's insurance company at no expense to you.

What information do I need?

Please have the following information ready when you attend your appointment:

the name of your insurance company,

your worker's compensation claim number,

the date the injury/accident occurred, and

your case manager's name and email address (if known).
